Masterclass in Sweden

Then I am almost ready to do 30 minutes of a Zumba Masterclass i the Swedish City of  Uddevalla.... They have a montly happening called "The monthly Carrot" where members who participate can win some nice prices...

Anyway, I will mostley do my own coreos since they usually are more popular then the Zumba Originals. And as usal with everything around Zumba, it will probably be a lot of fun :)

Aqua Zumba Training

Then I have booked my self on the Aqua Zumba instructor training course in  Katrineholm, Sweden the 23 of May. So what is Aqua Zumba?

The course is the “pool party” workout for all ages. You’ll learn how to teach safe, effective and challenging water-based workouts that integrate the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines.

It's pretty cool, though I probably will never teach it, so why do I do it, for the fun and learning experince of it.
